Rockin’ The Spectrum brings sensory-friendly support directly to schools, community events, nonprofits, businesses, birthday parties, and private celebrations.

Our mobile Sensory Tent/Area creates a welcoming place where individuals can take a break, regulate, explore sensory activities, communicate their needs, and participate more comfortably in the event around them.

It Doesn't Always Have to Be a Tent!

Depending on your location and event, we can create an indoor or outdoor Sensory Tent or Sensory Area designed around the space available.


💙 What's in a Rockin’ Sensory Area?

Every event is different, so we adjust our setup based on the size of the event, available space, expected participation, and sensory needs.

Depending on the event, we may bring:

Some events need a full Sensory Tent. Others may only need a smaller Sensory Area with a quiet place to take a break.

We'll work with you to determine what makes the most sense for your event.


🎪 Community, Business & Public Events

Bring Rockin’ The Spectrum to your festival, resource fair, community celebration, business event, fundraiser, family event, or other gathering.

Small Sensory Tent/Area — $250

Up to 2 hours

A smaller sensory-friendly setup with sensory tools, activities, visual supports, and calming options.

Medium Sensory Tent/Area — $400

Up to 2 hours

An expanded sensory environment with additional equipment, seating, activities, visual supports, and regulation options.

Large Sensory Tent/Area — $600

Up to 2 hours

Our full sensory setup designed for larger or higher-use events with expanded sensory equipment, activities, seating, visual supports, and multiple regulation options.

💜 Special Nonprofit Community Rates

Nonprofits Supporting Communities Should Have Access to Inclusion Too

We're a nonprofit too, and we understand that nonprofit budgets can be tight.

Qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations may receive our reduced community rates:

Small — $150
 Medium — $250
 Large — $350

Each includes up to 2 hours of Sensory Tent/Area service.

Additional assistance may also be available based on need, funding, staffing, and availability.


🏫 Schools — Sensory Support at No Charge

Helping More Students Participate

Rockin’ The Spectrum is proud to provide our standard Sensory Tent/Area service to schools at no charge.

We can support events including:

Free school service includes up to 2 hours and is subject to availability, staffing, location, travel distance, and the needs of the event.

Optional crafts, take-home products, extended service, and certain travel expenses are separate.

🎂 Sensory Birthday Parties

Bring the Sensory Fun to Your Celebration!

We can bring a sensory-friendly space directly to your home, party venue, community facility, park, or other approved location.

2-Hour Sensory Birthday Party — $250

Your setup may include sensory bins, fidgets, calming tools, noise-reducing headphones, visual supports, choice boards, sensory activities, fine-motor activities, sensory equipment, and a calming/seating area.

Setup and teardown do not count toward your two hours.

Need More Time?

Additional Hour — $75

Additional time must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.


🎨 Add a Sensory-Friendly Craft

Want to make your event even more interactive?

Rockin’ can bring the supplies and facilitate a sensory-friendly craft.

Make a Sensory Bottle — $8 per participant

Make Your Own Playdough — $6 per participant

Paint a Canvas — $10 per participant

Seasonal Craft — Starting at $6 per participant

🛍️ Take Sensory Support Home

Sensory support doesn't have to end when the event does.

Schools, organizations, businesses, first responders, community partners, and families can purchase select Rockin’ sensory supports.

Rockin’ Sensory Support Bag — $75

Our full Sensory Support Bag contains a collection of portable sensory and regulation tools.

Contents may include a weighted lap pad, fidgets, noise-reducing ear protection, sunglasses, visual/communication supports, and other calming and regulation items. Contents may vary based on availability.

Rockin’ Sensory Bins

Ready-to-use Sensory Bins can be created with different themes, textures, activities, and sensory experiences.

Pricing varies by size and contents.

Sensory Giveaway & Favor Bags

Smaller Sensory Giveaway/Favor Bags are also available for birthdays, school events, community celebrations, and other gatherings.

Pricing depends on contents and quantity.


🚗 Travel & Service Area

Travel within 25 miles one-way from Rockin’ The Spectrum is included in our standard service pricing.

We may travel farther. If additional travel, parking, tolls, or transportation costs apply, they will be included in your quote before you book.


🌧️ Outdoor Events & Weather

Safety Comes First

We love bringing Rockin’ into the community, but we will not set up or operate an outdoor Sensory Tent/Area when weather or site conditions are unsafe.

This may include:

Our sensory equipment cannot safely be used in rain, and the safety of participants, families, staff, volunteers, and our equipment comes first. The existing program policy already allows outdoor services to be moved, modified, delayed, rescheduled, or discontinued because of unsafe conditions.

Have a Backup Plan

Whenever possible, we encourage outdoor events to have an appropriate indoor backup location.

If conditions are unsafe, Rockin’ The Spectrum will make the final decision about whether our Sensory Tent/Area can safely be provided.

Weather Cancellations

Payments and deposits are non-refundable.

If Rockin’ The Spectrum determines that we cannot safely provide the Sensory Tent/Area because of weather or unsafe site conditions, your eligible payment will be credited toward a new agreed-upon event date.

The new date will be based on staffing and availability.

You won't receive a cash refund, but you won't lose your eligible event payment because Rockin’ determined the weather was unsafe.


👨‍👩‍👧 Parents & Caregivers Stay Responsible

Our Sensory Tent/Area is not babysitting, childcare, respite, or a drop-off service.

Parents, guardians, caregivers, school staff, or another responsible adult remain responsible for participant supervision.

Our team is there to facilitate the sensory environment, activities, equipment, and accessibility supports.


💳 Booking & Payment

For paid events, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your approved event date.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event, unless other arrangements have been approved.

Your event is not officially reserved until:

Approved free school Sensory Tent/Area services do not require a deposit.

All payments and deposits are non-refundable.

Please review our cancellation, rescheduling, and weather policies when completing your booking request.
